Sometimes you just need to print something fast — no Wi-Fi, no computer. Just your USB stick and the copier. If your Sharp copier supports USB printing, you’re in luck. It’s simple, quick, and super convenient.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you do it right.
What You Need
-
A USB flash drive
-
A Sharp copier with a USB port (usually near the screen)
-
A supported file type (PDF, JPEG, DOCX, etc.)
📌 Tip: Save your file in a simple folder on the USB. That way, it’s easy to find later.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Plug in the USB
Insert your USB into the copier’s USB slot. The screen should react right away.
Step 2: Select ‘Print from External Memory’
Once the copier sees your USB, tap the option that says ‘Print from External Memory Device’ or similar.
Step 3: Find Your File
Browse your USB folders using the touchscreen. Tap the file you want to print.
Step 4: Choose Your Print Settings
Pick how many copies you need. Choose black-and-white or color. Select paper size and any other options.
Step 5: Tap ‘Print’
Once your settings look good, press the Print button. Your job will start right away.
Step 6: Remove the USB
When it’s done, remove your USB stick. If there’s an eject button, use it. If not, wait until the copier is finished before pulling it out.
Common Problems and Fixes

-
Make sure your file type is supported
