Step 1: Visit the Sharp Driver Download Page

1. Go to Sharp’s official download site

2. Use the dropdown menus to choose:

   • MFP

   • MX-4071 (or your copier model)

   • Drivers and Utility

3. Select your Operating System (Windows or macOS)

4. Download the PCL6 driver for best results

Step 2: Run the Installer

1. Open the downloaded file

2. Click through the installer:

   • Agree to the license

   • Choose Standard Installation

   • Pick USB or Network connection based on your setup

Step 3: Select the Printer

• If using network, the installer will detect your copier automatically
