How to Check Your Sharp Copier’s IP Address

Need to connect your Sharp copier to a computer, set up scanning, or access the web interface? You’ll need its IP address first. Here’s a quick and easy guide to find it right from the touchscreen.

Step 1: Press the Settings Icon

Tap the gear icon (⚙️) located in the upper-right corner of the home screen.
If you’re on a different screen, press the Home button first.

Step 2: Go to Status Tab

Select the Status tab from the menu (usually the first tab on the left).
Then tap on Network Status.

Step 3: View IP Address

You’ll now see the IPv4 address listed on the screen (e.g., 192.168.x.x).
This is the number you’ll use when setting up scan-to-folder, print drivers, or accessing the web interface.

Installing the correct print drivers
Setting up scan-to-email or scan-to-folder
Logging into the copier’s admin panel remotely

Helpful Tip

Your copier’s IP might change if it’s not set as static. If you’re having issues reconnecting, ask your IT or technician to assign a static IP to your copier.
